Entertainment many have argued is not the selling point of Nnewi, however, events on Sunday evenings at Swiss park extension is making a myth of the above Saying.
Anaedo Online reporters were privileged yesterday the 9th of September 2018, to witness an array of young entertainers who graced the stage with different mesmerizing talents, there was a mammoth crowd cheer to them on. At the entrance of the venue was a stern but friendly looking uniformed Security officer.

Some Artists also graced the stage: MC D1 from Blaze FM who  had entertaining jokes, apart from where some people with different opinions felt he was rude to one or two persons in a bid to make people laugh, his overall performance was above average; Mc Executive started on a dull note but eventually got his vibe going; the “bigger boys” – a group of three hippy young male dancers,  wowed the audience with their acrobatic breathtaking displays; the “kid dancer” was on stage to show his shaku-shaku dance moves.

It was obvious that the management of Swiss Park smiled to the bank as drinks and other refreshments flowed, A high point of the night was when the siren that usually marks the costliest bottle of drink purchase rented the air as bottles of Champaign were conveyed to the table of the person who ordered for them.
The poor nightlife in Nnewi which many have complained about became visible by 9 pm, as tables suddenly became empty and the waiters became idle.
