In a time when so many Nigerian are Churches coming under criticisms from the growing Christians youths on Social Media , Winners Chapel Nnewi ( Located at the Uru Umudim/Otolo boundary ) carried out a charity exercise in their Church Premises yesterday being 30th of September 2018.
Entering the church premises one could see heaps of Clothings and Shoes lined up , Our Reporters also noticed that the whole interior and exterior of the church was filled up.
It sure looked like a Festival
Our Reporters asked one of the Church workers who gave his name as Mr Prince Okoye what the occasion was all about , Mr Prince told us that it is called “JESUS MARKET” , he further explained to us that In “JESUS MARKET” , you don’t need money to buy anything .

According to a Deacon who agreed to grant our reporters audience , apart from the shoes and wears that were stacked in the Church premises , there were more than 600 bags of rice in the ware house that will also be distributed to the people free of charge .
From our findings , the things distributed were not restricted to the Church members only , their doors were thrown open for outsiders to come and partake.
A Church Usher was also of the opinion that “JESUS MARKET “ is another strategy for Church growth
