In a statement released yesterday by the State Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Anambra State, Arc. Okelo Madukaife, on updates about the party primaries held yesterday accross the State, Okelo congratulated Senator Uba for his affirmation as the Candidate of the APC for the Anambra South Senatorial district.
In his address to Anambra State APC, Arc. Madukaife said: “We hereby congratulate Senator Andy Uba, Hon. Theophilis Nnorom, Mr Elijah Onyeagba on their affirmation as candidates for Anambra South Senatorial District, Ihiala Federal Constituency and Njikoka-Anaocha -Dunukofia Federal Constituencies respectively”.

Madukaife expressed the commitment of the party in the state to go into the forthcoming elections in high spirit and deliver the candidates of the party across all levels.
He advised party faithfuls across the state not to rely on any reports posted on social media and assured them that the leadership of the party in the state has taken notice of positive and negative reports arising from the party primaries and will address them accordingly.
