LADY THAT DEFRAUDED CHICASON OF N150m PARADED BY DSS
An Igbo Lady, who goes by the names, Mrs Amina Mohammed but whose real name is Justina Oluoha, who defrauded Chief Chika Okafor, aka CHICASON, of N150m, has been arrested and paraded by the Department of State Services, DSS.
The Lady defrauded CHICASON of the said money amounting to over N150m in respect of a Court of Appeal property in Lagos which she had promised to help CHICASON buy through Buhari’s wife.
The property was said to have been part of those under the Presidential Implementation Committee on Lease of Federal Government Property.”
She was accused of using the office of the wife of the Mr President to defraud people.
She has been posing as First Lady of Kogi State; thus, beating security of the Presidential Villa, and gaining entry at will.
Onuoha was said to have gained unauthorised access into the Villa and used the name and office of the Wife of the President, Aisha Buhari, to defraud unsuspecting members of the public.
Public Relations Officer of the DSS, Peter Afunanya, while parading the suspect at a media briefing at the Service Headquarters, in Abuja, on Monday, December 3, told reporters that the suspect used false identities to ply her trade.
He said that the suspect had on November 22, 2017, paraded herself as the First Lady of Kogi State; and used the false identity to invade protocol and scrutiny, thus, gaining unauthorised access into the Villa and particularly the residence of the First Lady and Wife of the President, Hajia Aisha Buhari.
“On the said date, she invited one Dr Alexander Chika Okafor, also known as Chikason; into the Presidential Villa wherein she made him believe the invitation was at the instance of the First Lady, but investigations have so far revealed that the enterprise is not to the knowledge of the First Lady.”
He explained that what the suspect simply did was use the First Lady’s name and office to lure and defraud her victims.
Meanwhile, the suspect had said that she was not alone in the illicit business. She said Aisha Buhari’s sister, Maryatu, as well as former Secretary to the Government of the Federation, SGF, Babachir, were also in evolved.
“It is not true; I cannot be a fraudster. I cannot accept this allegation. Former SGF, Babachir, is involved. Maryatu, the First Lady’s sister, is also involved”, she said.
When asked if the DSS would investigate those indicted in the matter, Afunaya said that investigations were ongoing on the matter.
