Amazing: “FAKE BLIND BEGGARS” IN ANAMBRA GET N50,000 FROM OBIANO

There was jubilation within the camp of beggars in Anambra State as alleged fake blind beggars in the state, arrested by the Anambra State government, were released, and given N50,000 each to start a new life.

Governor Willie Obiano, through the state’s Commissioner for Social Welfare, Children and Women Affairs, Lady Ndidi Mezue, empowered the “fake blind beggars,” who were recently arrested on the streets of the state.

Among the gifts presented to the ex-destitute by the Commissioner were cartons of noodles, bags of rice, laundry products, beverages, and yards of wrappers, as well as the sum of fifty thousand Naira to start off their desired small scale businesses.

The seven women, who operated the begging businesses using their kids or rented children and feigning visually impaired, were lately arrested through credible intelligence.
