INNOSON’S LAWYER, PROF. MCCARTHY, RETURNS AFTER MEDICAL TREATMENT ABROAD
The counsel to Innoson Nigeria Limited and Chief Dr Innocent Chukwuma, Prof. McCarthy, is expected to return to Nigeria today, 8th December 2018, after medical treatment in London, following a failed assassination attempt on him.
On his return, He will be received at the airport by his family members, staff and officers of the Nigerian Police Special Protection Unit, assigned to him by the IGP.
Anaedooline recalls that on 14th October 2018, an attempt was made by armed men to assassinate Prof. McCarthy in his Lagos office.
The failed assassination attempt left him in critical condition as a result of injuries sustained during the attack, thus, he has flown abroad for medical attention.
