BLACK THURSDAY: TRUCK CRUSHES WOMAN AND CHILDREN TO DEATH IN NNEWI
An accident occurred along Nnewi Diocesan Hospital (Akwudo) road Otolo Nnewi yesterday evening as a truck that had break malfunction crushed a woman carrying her four kids back home from school.
An eye witness who is also a student of Nneoma Secondary School, which is the same school where the woman went to pick her kids, told Anaedoonline.com, that the truck had a brake malfunction and the driver tried to take control of the brakes while swerving left and right on the road.
The truck driver tried to drive into a block industry beside Jalou events in order to avoid any casualty. Meanwhile, a woman by name Mrs. Blessing Ogechi Iteshi with her four children on a bike was heading towards Igwe Orizu Palace (Eke Amobi), without knowing that the truck had failed its brake.
Unfortunately, the woman proceeded to drive in front of the truck which was on the woman’s lane which resulted in the ghastly accident.

Anaedoonline.com gathered that the woman was carrying four kids on a motorcycle, one at the front, two at the back with one on her back.
The woman and the child in front died instantly with their brains splattered on the ground. The one on her back was unhurt while the other two behind survived with one having a cracked skull.
Anaedoonline.com later gathered that one of the two behind died. The name of the two deceased sons are Divine Chukwuebuka, 6 years; and Goodwill Didalu; 4years
As at the time of this report, the condition of the surviving children cannot be ascertained but the woman and the two dead sons corpse has been deposited at the Nnewi Diocesan Hospital (Akwudo), Nnewi.
