BREAKING: WOMAN STEALS BABY AT NNEWI TEACHING HOSPITAL
An aged woman allegedly stole a newborn baby today, 30th January 2019 at the Nnamdi Azikiwe University Teaching Hospital, Nnewi (NAUTH). The woman was said to have put the baby inside her handbag and proceeded to leave the hospital before she was caught by the hospital security.
The incident prompted the crowd to converge at the hospital gate, it later got to the point the hospital security personnel shut the gates that prevented patients, students, and visitors from gaining entrance.
As at the time of this report, Anaedoonline confirmed she has been handed over to the Nigeria police, Nnewi division.
We reached out to the Anambra state Police PRO and he said he is yet to confirm this incident.
