Election: POLICE COMMISSIONER CHARGES OFFICERS TO MAINTAIN NEUTRALITY
Anambra- In order to ensure peaceful and hitch free elections in Anambra State, the Commissioner of Police, Anambra State Command, CP Rabiu Ladodo, Psc, has tasked Police Mobile Units at the State Command headquarters, Awka,
to ensure that All Ndi Anambra exercise their franchise peacefully without any hindrance.
According to a release by Police Public Relations Officer, Haruna Mohammed, the CP, who was also in high spirit implored the officers and men to be professional and civil to members of the public when discharging their duties in accordance with internationally acceptable best practices.
He further urged them to exhibit high sense of discipline, professionalism and maintain absolute neutrality.
He warned the officers to adhere strictly to standard operation procedures before during and after the elections.
