The executive governor of Anambra State, His Excellency, Chief Willie Obiano, will, Thursday, March 7, flag off construction of some roads in Nnewi. The venue of the flag off is along Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Plant, Uru, Umudim. Time is 2pm prompt.
