Dear Governor Gboyega Oyetola,
Located in Odeomu is an abandoned State Comprehensive Health Center rightly beside Assanusiyyah College of Education along Ipetumodu Road with a renovated structure, loaded with medical equipment but without medical staffs to use such equipment and the structure to improve the health condition of the people.
With the reform you have started in the health sector including the donation of modern medical materials to some selected maternities across the state, and have portrayed yourself as a leader who is more than ready to do the needful by ensuring deliverance of dividends of democracy to all and sundry, i hereby bring this to your notice for urgent attention.
This facility alone though located in Odeomu will serve even the neighboring communities, in fact, the whole of the constituency If not the senatorial district.
Odeomu as a community, in particular, will appreciate your timely
intervention into this issue considering the benefits attached to a functioning ‘Comprehensive’ health center.
In my capacity as the student union leader in the year 2017, i have taken it upon myself to submit a copy of the letter of complaint to the concerned ministry about this and resuscitation of the State Cooperative college also located in Odeomu of which we are yet to receive any favorable response.
