50years Leasehold Matter Amicably Settled By The Federal Commissioner, Public Complaints Commission Anambra State, Prince Samben Nwosu, Ksc
As part of the promises of the PCC Federal Commissioner, Prince Samben Nwosu to review all pending cases & petitions for accelerated intervention to secure redress for appellants within the provisions of the law, the OMBUDSMAN on Friday 3rd May, 2019 resolved a protracted 50years leasehold case after about four(4) hours case conference between the Lessor/Complainant, Elder Gabriel Nnamdi Manafa and the lessee/ Respondent, Mr. Akochi Jonathan. The Lessor & lessee arrived at the Public Complaints Complex, Awka in company of their witnesses & friends.

However, the matter which has on several occasions seemed very difficult to settle as a result of protracted tussles was today, amicably resolved by the indefatigable OMBUDSMAN of the Federal Republic, Prince Samben Nwosu, KSC.
Sequel to the impeccable Judgement of the OMBUDSMAN, a written agreement administered by the State Counsel to the Commission & supervised by the Federal Commissioner was signed by the Complainant & Respondent in a bid to broker a lasting peace.
