Exclusive: Obi Uruagu Writes Gov. Obiano To Appoint Ikedoji As Nnewi North Transition Chairman.
Exclusive information reaching Anaedoonline.com is that the Traditional Ruler of Uruagu Nnewi in Nnewi North Local Government Area, His Highness, Obi Charles Afamefuna Obi (Ogidi IV), has written to the Executive Governor of Anambra State, His Excellency, Chief Dr. Willie Obiano, to appoint Sir. Augustine Ike popularly known as Ikedoji, as the Transition Chairman of Nnewi North Local Government Area.
The letter which was written with the letter head of Uruagu community Palace, dated 2nd April 2019, diplomatically directed Governor Obiano to consider and as well appoint the current Publicity Secretary of Nzuko-Ora Nnewi, Sir. Augustine Ikedoji, as the New Transition Committee Chairman of Nnewi North Local Government Area.

Excerpts from the Letter reads;
” Special Request: Appointment of Sir Augustine Ike (KSJI) As Caretaker Chairman Nnewi North.
His Excellency, greetings from Obi Uruagu Nnewi Royal Palace.
I must start by thanking you for paying special attention to my community in the second phase of your transforming administration, we are most grateful.
However, I have it on Authority that you are about to appoint another Caretaker Chairman for Nnewi North Local Government and going by Nnewi principle of equity it’s turn of Uruagu Nnewi.

Sir Augustine has an unrivaled academic and administrative record and has remained loyal to this palace and by extension your administration; he played an active role in your reelection.
While I anticipate your consideration and maximum corporation as usual, be assured of my Royal blessing and goodwill.
