The present administration has taken a decision under emergency situation response to handle Nnewi 100 Foot Road erosion site.
Recall that Anaedonline.com has reported that no attention has been given to the 100 Foot Road Erosion Site? Mr. Micheal M. Okonkwo, the commissioner for Environment has intimated the Anambra Populace that Governor Obiano has put things in place to make the erosion a thing of the past, as soon as possible.
Governor Obiano’s decision was wade Known today by the Commissioner.
According to the Commissioner, World Bank certified construction company has been mobilized to move into the site immediately to avert the further emergency situation.
He also urged the people of Nnewi and the people of Anambra State to keep faith with the present administration of Governor Willie Obiano.

Speaking Further, Mr. Okonkwo said, ” At present, the state Government is controlling a lot of erosion site in Nnewi, an example of such project is Nnewichi erosion site which has gulped over a billion naira and another one located right beside Chukwuemeka Odimegwu Ojukwu family house .”
“Ndi Nnewi, please keep faith with the present administration of Gov Willie Obiano and you will be glad you did. ”
