How Vultures Saved A Town From Killer Cow-Meat In Enugu State (Video)

The People of Ihe in Awgu Local Government Area of Enugu state have raised alarm after Vultures started dying off after they ate the Cow meat being sold in the Market.

According to our investigation, there was no loss of human life as people who bought the meat were forced to discard the meat, some who had already prepared soup with the meat were forced to throw away their pots of soup, after they saw the dead vultures.
To confirm our reports, below is a Facebook post from an indigene of Ihe in Awgu Local Government Area of Enugu State.

I came back home this evening, to visit my people and before I know it a woman rushed in, the question she asked is, “Is your mom around?”, I told her she went out, She asked again, “Did she buy “Nama” (Cow meat) at Eke market today? Please tell her not to eat Cow meat if she bought it, that VULTURES are dying after they finished eating Nama (Cow meat) at Eke market, they are falling from trees, some from the roof of the market.”

Immediately I left my house, rushed to the scene in Ihe, Awgu LGA, Enugu State, Nigeria to witness it myself. As I got there, I found the story true. Some of the VULTURES still have the Cow meat they were about to swallow.

I asked the people there, the number of VULTURES that are dead as a result of the Cow meat (intestines) consumption, they told me 23. When I came there I saw one on top of the roof there, meaning the number exceeds 23.

This is a strange happening and we must be careful with the meat (Cow) we consume from now on, whatever that can kill vulture will not spare man. Pass the message around, I witnessed this, it was not reported to me.

God will save us.

Thanks are to God, as at now, nobody has died in my community as a result of this :cow2: meat, but vultures.
Though we quickly communicated the information to our mothers that went to the market and who may have bought the Nama (Cow meat) to discard the meat, some eventually threw their pot of soup away as a result of the menace.
