Can The Forest Guards Of Enugu State Stop Fulani Herdsmen? (Photos)

Governor Ugwuanyi of Enugu state has instituted the Forest Rangers.
In a bid curb the alarming rate of suspected Fulani Herdsmen-induced insecurity in Enugu state, the Enugu state government has instituted the Forest Rangers, a body tasked with the duty of keeping the Forests in Enugu state Safe.

According to reports, the Forests guards were selected from each of the two hundred and sixty wards in Enugu state.

However, some indigenes of Enugu have expressed worry at the vulnerability of the Forest guards , saying that unarmed guards are no match for heavily armed Fulani Herdsmen domiciled in the forests
