In appreciation of his support and for improved collaboration, the leadership of Agbo-Edo Market Motor Spare Parts Dealers Association (AMPSDA), has visited the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Innoson Motors, Chief Dr. Innocent Chukwuma, at his palatial residence in Uru Umudim Nnewi.
Speaking today, Sunday 11th August 2019, the Chairman of Agbo-Edo Market Motor Spare Parts Dealers Association (AMPSDA), Mr. Dennis Ikegwuonu (Onyeisi), who led his Executive Committee to the visit expressed his gratitude to Chief Dr. Innocent Chukwuma for his continuous support towards ensuring the growth of Agbo-Edo Motor Spare Parts Market Nnewi.
Appreciating Chief Dr. Innocent Chukwuma, Mr. Dennis thanked him for his intervention which contributed largely in enthroning a leadership which has an endorsement of traders in the Market.
According to him, Dr. Innocent Chukwuma’s intervention during electioneering rescued the Market from the hands of some selfish individuals who made several attempts to thwart the collective quest of traders of Agboedo Market for a change in leadership.
On his achievements in just three months in office, he spoke of how he pleaded with the Management of Enugu Electricity Distribution Company (EEDC), which ensured the installation of an industrial meter in the Market, he spoke about, how he bought a power plant to put an end to the pollution and noise caused by over three thousand (3000) generators in Agboedo Market.
Speaking further, he said that the visit was not only on the heels of thanking Chief Dr. Innocent Chukwuma for his support but also to seeks for an improved collaboration as the patron of the market which will attract and ensure the continued growth of Agboedo Market.
On his own part, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Innoson Motors, Chief Dr. Innocent Chukwuma, thanked the Agboedo Market Leaders for the visit and also promised his continued partnership and support for the growth of the market.
For him, he said that he was not in doubt of the leadership qualities of Mr. Dennis Ikegwuonu, when he decided to endorse him because Mr. Dennis represent the New Face of effective and efficient leadership which Agboedo Market deserved.
He encouraged the newly elected executives to remain focused and work to improve the present status of the market, he however promised of his continued support towards the progress of the Market.
Also the Political Adviser to Chief Dr. Innocent Chukwuma, Mr. Martin Okafor, praised the new leadership of Agboedo Market for their achievement in just three months, according to him, he is not regretting the support he gave Mr. Dennis Ikegwuonu during electioneering period despite the stance of some individual who tried to play God, he urged the Executive Committee not to relent in their efforts in putting simile on the faces of traders of the Market.
