University Preparatory School, Nwafor Uruagu Nnewi Under Demolition (Video)

University Preparatory School Building located at Nwafor Uruagu Nnewi was demolished today being the 12th of August 2019.
According to the information made available to anaedoonline.ng by Mr Festus Nwosu, the owner of the school, he stated that the school is on lease but is being demolished without his consent.

He intimated anaedonline.com that he leased the property from the owner, a lease that he renewed last year January 2018, only for the owner of the property to sell the property to a new buyer without any form of notification from the owner of the property to him (Mr Festus Nwosu).

”The Worst thing is that the students were receiving holiday lectures on the school premises when the caterpillars came for demolition, so they were forcefully ejected, he explained.”
A source who spoke to anaedoonline.ng claimed that the CEO Agary Pharmaceutical LTD, Mr Calistus Ubajaka, an indigene of Nnewi is the person that bought the property.
