Nantes Sign Super Eagles Moses Simon

Football Club de Nantes and Levante Unión Deportiva have reached an agreement for the loan – with an option to sign Super Eagles winger, Moses Daddy Simon.

Simon who recently won bronze with Nigeria at the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations will bring all his percussion and technical quality to Nantes for the 2019-2020 season.

A product of the GBS Academy (Nigeria) between 2003 and 2013, Moses Daddy Simon committed to AS Trencin (Slovakia) in 2014, club with which he scored 13 goals in 33 matches in all competitions.

Simon was noticed by the wider football audience during the Europa League. His fine performances earned him a move to the Jupiler Pro League and KAA Gent in the winter of 2015.

In three seasons with the Belgian club, he played 136 games, scoring 21 goals and 18 assists delivered.

In addition to Kalifa Coulibaly, Moses Daddy Simon made his first steps in the prestigious Champions League (5 matches).

Last year in Liga BBVA in the Levante UD jersey, the Nigerian took part in 19 league games for 1 goal.
