Nonso Okafor Congratulates Nnewi Bishop-Elect.
The Member representing Nnewi North Constituency, in Anambra State House of Assembly, has congratulated Ven. Ndubuisi Obi on his emergence as the Bishop-Elect of Nnewi Diocese of the Church of Nigeria, Anglican Communion.
In a congratulatory message personally signed by him, Hon. Nonso Okafor applauded Ven. Ndubuisi Obi’s emergence, and prayed for God’s grace.
The message reads;

On behalf of the good people of Nnewi North Constituency, it is my pleasure to congratulate our beloved son, Ven. Ndubuisi Obi, the new Bishop-Elect of Anglican Diocese of Nnewi.
His emergence which was received with jubilation by Nnewi Christian community is a sign of greater things to come.

It is my prayer that Almighty God will empower him with the wisdom and ever-deepening holiness as he guides the flock entrusted in his care.
I am hopeful that with his skills in community-building and collaboration, he will have much to offer to the larger Nnewi community.
I also congratulate and thank His Grace, the Most Rev. Prof. Godwin Okpala (OON, JP), for his faithful shepherding of Nnewi Anglican Diocese since it’s creation. May he enjoy God’s grace and blessing in the years ahead.
