Anambra Lawmaker: As part of its cardinal objectives in repositioning the youths for leadership and purposeful life, the PlayHouse Nigeria in partnership with Main Bridge Network Limited (MBNET) hosted the Member Representing Nnewi North in Anambra State House of Assembly, Hon. Nonso Okafor (Smart), to her annual conference called Sit Down National Youth Conference (SNYC).
Speaking during the conference, yesterday, Saturday, 7th September, 2019, Nonso Okafor (Smart) who was one of the panelists, emphasized on the need for youths to be Purpose-driven and not swayed by societal trends.
According to the lawmaker, many youths do not make deliberate plans for their lives, thereby making most of them ill-prepared and ill-equipped to take advantage of available opportunities.

For Nonso Okafor (Smart), most successful men and women in the world didn’t achieve their life goals by accident, rather the consistent pursuit of their plans and visions brought them to the limelight.
Nonso Okafor advised youths on the need for self-discipline which is fundamental towards achieving their plans. He challenged the youths to pursue substance than shadow, noting that a better tomorrow only come to those who made necessary sacrifices and prepared for it.
He encouraged the youth not to lose hope in Nigeria, but rather, to develop capacity and build resources toward taking over the globe.
