The Governor of Anambra State, Willie Obiano in a letter, Submitted the budget framework comprising the medium framework document to the House of Assembly.
Chief Willie Obiano in a letter read by the speaker Rt. Hon. Uche Okafor at plenary, “ In line with the modern Anambra physical responsibility law, the ministry of economic planning and budget development partner has prepared the 2020-2022 Medium Term Expenditure Frame (MTEF) work and multi-year budget framework (MYBF) which will stand as a basis for the preparation to the credible and realistic 2020 budget”.

The document has been revealed and approved by the executive council and requires the review and consent of the legislature following which the draft 2020 budget estimate will be forwarded.
The document was forwarded to the house committee on finance and appropriation for proper review and consideration.
