Ifeanyi Uzodike Opens First Retail Mall in Nnewi

In a bid to meet the demand for modern supermart in Nnewi, Mr. Ifeanyi Uzodike has opened a Shopping Mall in Nnewi called ‘GMART STORES’

Gmart Stores which is the first retail shopping mall in Nnewi was opened today, 21st September, 2019, amidst cheers from Nnewi residents.

Speaking after the opening ceremony, the Traditional Ruler of Nnewi, His Royal Highness, Igwe Dr. Kenneth Orizu (CON) who was visibly happy, said that the Mall is a big boost to the development of Nnewi.

According to him, despite the stoppage of Nnewi Shopping Mall in Nkwo Nnewi, he was happy an individual was able to set-up a Mall in Nnewi.

He advised for proper management, saying that poor management has killed many businesses. He urged the workers to serve the Management diligently and in all honesty, to ensure the progress of the Mall.

He however urged Nnewi residents to patronise the mall and prayed for the growth of the Mall.

Speaking to Anaedonline after the opening ceremony, the Chief Executive Officer of GMART Stores, Mr. Ifeanyi Uzodike, said that the Mall is open to all and sundry.

He said that he conceived the idea of building the Mall after his retirement from a company he served as the Chief Executive Officer.

According to him, he is committed to ensuring that the mall offer the best of services.

He encouraged Nnewi residents to patronise the Mall because there will be proper security and prices of items will be affordable.

The opening ceremony had the presence of Chief Executive Officer of Roban Stores, Mr. Robert Onyebuichi Anwatu.

Also present are, Chief Ajulu Uzodike, Engr. Sir Chukwuemeka Nzewi, the Special Assistant to the Governor of Anambra State on Youth Entrepreneurship, Hon. Eloka Maduekwe and many others.
