Bbnaija housemate Mercy has officially been announced as the winner of this year’s big brother pepper dem edition
Mercy emerged winner of BBNaija ‘Pepper Dem’ edition on Sunday after scoring highest votes.
She defeated Mike, Frodd, Seyi and Omashola to emerge winner of the reality TV show.
After she was declared winner, Ike, who was her ‘lover’ while in the BBNaija show, stormed the stage with a bunch of flowers for Mercy.
He gave her the flowers even as he gave her a warm hug.

She, however, caused a lot of tension before the final week in the house when she got into an altercation with fellow housemate Tacha. In a heated argument that lasted for minutes, the duo almost went physical with each other before other housemates intervened.
Tacha was later disqualified following the face-off while she was issued two strikes.
