The Imo State governorship candidate of the All Progressive Congress, Hope Uzodinma and the educational Minister, Hon. Emeka Nwajiuba are in a fracas as regards who will be who in Imo. After the National Head Office of the APC in Abuja gave them a marching order, they are yet to find out who will lead them in the fence-mending mechanism as the party is currently in disarray and finding an organizing terms have proven a problem following the implosion that hit the path during the 2019 Imo governorship election where the party split into two with Prince Marcon Nlemigbo and Dan Nwafor as leaders respectively.

The splitting have made the party members clueless as to which faction is authentic and more confusion have been raised now that Abuja told them to fix themselves. The fixing process have become problematic as Hope Uzodinma who we the Apex leader of the party in Imo, Hon Emeka Nwajiuba and the influence of former Imo governor and Senator, Imo West, HE Rochas Okorocha all want to have the largest share of supporters and control the affairs of the party in the state.

News gathered says that Hope Uzodinma is still optimistic about the governorship ambition and the Emeka Nwajiuba camp believe that APC have lost in Imo.
