Anambra State Commissioner for Information and Public Enlightenment Mr. C-Don Adinuba says by deploying advanced technology to safeguard the life and assets of Ndi Anambra, the administration of Governor Willie Obiano administration has thrown a challenge to other governments in the country, especially as it concerns the provision of equipment to security and paramilitary agencies like the Nigeria Police Force, Department of State Service, Nigeria Customs Service and Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps among others.

Adinuba maintained that various State governments need to use advanced technology to provide security to their people in order to boost businesses. He advised them to learn from Anambra experience saying that since the State became the safest in Nigeria, it has recorded in the last three years about four billion dollar investments, mostly in agriculture.
The latest of such investments according to Adinuba, is the automated Coscharis Rice Mill at Igbariam, in Anambra East Local Government Area, which was inaugurated recently by Obiano and assisted by his Kebbi State counterpart, Alhaji Abubakar Bagudu, and the Governor of Central Bank, Dr Godwin Emefieli.
