– Organizes a Befitting Sendforth Party for them
Cutix PLC yesterday, 26th October 2019 held a Sendforth dinner to appreciate and honour the outgoing board of directors who had served the company diligently.
The event which held at the Conv-Aj event centre at Okpuno-Otolo Nnewi was organized to celebrate Engr. (Dr.) O. J Mbonu, Arch Mansur Ahmadu, Engr. Olufemi Akintunde and Mr. Ifeanyi Uzodike who served the company as the board of directors from 2016-October 2018, and CEO from 2008-2018.
The outgoing board members were elected at a time when the Nation was going through the economic crisis and the dollar rates were on the rise. According to Engr. (Dr.) O. J Mbonu, he said the team worked tirelessly to ensure that Cutix plc stayed ahead of their competitors. Dr Mbonu also stated that Cutix plc is too important for Nigeria. He asked everyone to support Cutix Plc in their endeavour.
Arch Mansur was also not left out in words of praise for Cutix. He expressed his delight for the opportunity given to him to function as a member of the board. He stressed that their achievement was a team effort. Engr. Akintunde also Commended the Cutix group and its entire management for their support.
All four members were given an award for their time at the company.

The event was attended by friends and well-wishers of Cutix Plc. Some of the guests who were present include, Chief & Mrs Chukwudi Nzeribe, Dr. Ajulu Uzodike(Founder), Sir Dennis Ofodeme, Sir Chris Nzewi, Sir Patrick Nwosu and Wife, Sir Benjamin Anonye, Arch Paul Ileka, Sir & Lady Umego, Dr. Martin Ifeanyichukwu, Mrs. Ogoo Onwuka, Prof & Mrs Tony Igwegbe(CMD NAUTH), Dr. Joseph Ugboaja(CMAC NAUTH), Engr Nwabueze Udezue, Chief Sam Nsoedo, Barr. Oseloka Osigwe, Mr.Nnamdi Ike, Amb Odi Nwosu(Chairman), Mrs Ijeoma Oduonye(CEO) and many others.
The CEO of Cutix Plc, Mrs Ijeoma Oduonye, was called upon to give the closing remark, she said, “It is the seed that sowed many years ago that we are reaping. I appreciate everyone for support.
For Cutix plc, we are just starting. The sky cannot limit us”.
There was a lot to eat and drink for all the guests who attended.
Cutix Plc was founded in 1982 by Dr Ajulu Uzodike. Cutix is a household name in house wiring cables, all-aluminium conductors, aluminium conductors steel-reinforced, bare-copper conductors, aluminium service cable, appliance cables, power cables. Cutix Plc recently acquired Adswitch Plc, a sister company.
