In line with their regulatory directive, MTN Nigeria Communications Plc has deactivated 0.6 million active subscribers.
It also reported an increase in its service revenue by 12.1 percent to N854.9 billion, according to its unaudited results for nine months ended September 30, 2019.

The telco said in January it adopted the International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS) 16 adding that adjustments are reflected in the result.
