The Speaker Anambra State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Uche Victor Okafor has promised the Ayamelum chapter of the Nigeria Union of Teachers (NUT) that he will assist in the completion of the union secretariat.
Okafor, who visited the site of the group’s permanent building sited at Ogbe High School, Anaku, expressed satisfaction in the level the union has attain. He applauded the body for producing students good in sciences and arts with the aid of improvisational materials and thanked them for judiciously committing their funds to a legacy project that would benefit even the generations to come.
The speaker enjoined them to maximize their mentorship roles in the society and promised to complete and furnish the building is in the foundation stage.
The Ayamelum chapter of NUT under the leadership of Comrade Nwator Simon expressed joy and appreciation to the Cerebral Speaker who does more with less and assured him of their mission to continue making the area proud.

Speaking during the visit, Comrade Nwator expressed satisfaction over the dedication of members of the organization which, according to him, metamorphosed to embarking on the project to ensure maximum utilization of the organization’s funds and pleaded for a helping hand to facilitate the pace of work in the site.
Nwator noted that the building when completed would enhance the activity of the body and would trigger their view to embarking on more developmental projects in the area.
