The staff retreat witnessed a plethora of leadership training, business development training, media orientations, networking amongst many. Some of the resource persons include; Hon Okafor Nonso Smart, Mr. Obum Osigwe, Mr. Obum Mekaowulu. The icing on the cake at the end of the event was reeling out of the aspirations of the group by both co-founders as it signals a new wave of things to come. Amongst the many projects billed to commence operations in the famed Vision 2020-2025 (The Future is Now) of the group are as follows
(I) Anaedo Digital Studio: The completion of Anaedo Digital Studio. This will house the Anaedo TV studio and also contribute immensely to the movie project the company is already building on, which will contribute immensely to the growth of the South-East media.
(II) DigiHub Work Stations: The group started and has almost concluded that of Nnewi center and intends to expand in the following cities; Lagos (Ogba, Ikeja, Maryland, Surulere, Lekki, Ajah, Ibeju Lekki), Awka, Enugu, Owerri, Aba, Abakaliki, Umuahia, Onitsha, Asaba, Port-Harcourt and Abuja, and intend to expand in many cities across the country.
(III) Freshminds Academy: This is the training arm of Freshminds Group,
designed solely to build and equip the next generation of tech giants, digital media
Powerhouse and start-up entrepreneurs.
(IV) FutureLearn Consulting Ltd: As the company plans to invest in the future, it set up Future Learn Consulting Ltd. tp undertake such an audacious task. The Company was created to run Career development services and ICT Labs, most especially in secondary schools. The company will run a career development services and ICT Labs.
(V) Freshminds Communications Ltd: This is the media arm of the company that runs, anaedoonline.ng(Blog/website), Anaedo TV(Digital TV), Anaedoonline radio(Online Radio) and Anaedo Times(Magazine session). The blog, digital TV, and magazine are in perfect shape, but the radio will be launched before the 2nd-anniversary lecture.
Then the big one the group under its subsidiary (Anaedoonline.com) organized one of the biggest digital media events ( Anaedoonline One-year anniversary) in southeast Nigeria, where it featured the likes of former presidential candidate and Deputy-Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, Prof. Kinglsey Moghalu, Former Aviation minister and a prominent Public affairs analyst, Chief Femi Fani-Kayode, Anambra state House of Assembly Speaker, Rt. Hon. Uche Okafor and a host of his colleagues, with Chief Innocent Chukwuma (Ifediaso Nnewi) as Chief Host, the group reeled out their BIG PLANS for the second edition of the annual anniversary.https://www.anaedoonline.ng/2020/01/03/moments-from-ofala-nnewi-2019-photos/The second edition of the anniversary and magazine (Anaedo Times) is set to thrill the southeast with prominent sons and intellectuals from across the country.

The retreat ended on a bright note as everyone got a grip of the vision as presented by the Co-founders and promised to add their quota to the actualization of the vision.
