The French side are open to offloading the defender during the winter transfer window and the Gunners have since held talks over a possible deal this month.
However, Arsenal may have to wait until the end of the ongoing campaign before landing the services of the left-back.
According to Metro UK citing France Football, Kurzawa has already agreed a five-year deal with the north London club and could join them in the summer.
Arsenal boss, Mikel Arteta, is said to be a big admirer of the Frenchman and has made it clear to club chiefs he wants him in his squad.

Inter were initially also interested in a deal for Kurzawa but the defender turned down the approach in favour of Arsenal.
PSG signed the 27-year-old from Monaco in a deal valued at around £20 million four years ago.
But he has significantly fallen down the pecking order at the club, forcing him to seek a move away in search of game time.
