As the Anambra State Government intensifies its efforts in the fight against Coronavirus (COVID-19), AIBO movement an Igbo socio-political structure which aims and objectives are anchored on redeveloping and sustaining the core Igbo social-cultural values and morals norms.
In the strong spirit of brotherhood and oneness of the Igbo nature (ONYE AGHANA NWANE Ya), AIBO movement made some Financial donations to the Anambra State Government as their support to the fight against Covid-19 virus.
Presenting the cheque of (#200,000) to the secretary to the state Government Prof Solo Chukwulobelu today at the Government House Awka, on behalf the movement, by Hon Muoneme Onyedika (zonal Coordinator Anambra South) who represented the National Leader Hon Onyedika Chukwuma (Ikukuoma politics).
Also present to witness the event are some members of the Executive bodies Such as Hon Barr. Chinedu Leonard Adili-Uba (National legal adviser), Hon Mrs Joseph Amarachi state Woman leader, Comr Obi Ibegbunam (the state youth leader), Hon Ikedinobi Rapuluchukwu (the State Director on Media and publicity), lady Nnenne Ekpechi (State welfare), Amb Emma Ike Okpala (Zonal central), Comr Joseph Nwawube (state Treasurer), Comr Bona Ogbonna State. Organising secretary.
The Anambra State Government is absolutely, doing everything humanly possible within the range of its powers to prevent, detect, and respond to situations swiftly which is the reason why the Afaigbobuofu movement decided to support the State Government efforts.
Having dished out other forms of palliative to members before now. The National leader still found it worthy of Action to donate to state coffers in other to boast government fights against the monster virus.
We Call on the good people of Anambra State and Organisations, to support the state government in the fight against this common enemy, through Financial donations and provision of medical materials to the Anambra State Government No matter how small or big. It will definitely be put to judicious use.
