The Lagos State Ministry of Health has announced the recovery and discharge of 37 coronavirus patients.
The ministry, through its verified Twitter handle on Wednesday, announced the discharge of 19 females and 18 males, including a foreign national – an Indian.
The latest discharge brings the total number of recoveries from the virus in the state to 358.

Five of the patients were released from the Infectious Disease Hospital, 25 from Onikan Isolation centre and seven from Eti-Osa (Landmark) isolation centre.
Meanwhile, the Lagos State Ministry of Health announced the recovery and discharge of 22 coronavirus patients on saturday.
The ministry, through its verified Twitter handle on Saturday, announced the discharge of eight females and 14 males.
The latest discharge brings the total number of recoveries from the virus in the state to 247.
Two of the patients were released from the Infectious Disease Hospital, 19 from the Lagos University Teaching Hospital and one from Ibjeju-Lekki.
However, On, Friday, Lagos has announced they have discharged twenty-six more coronavirus patients were from the Infectious Disease Centre Yaba and the Onikan Isolation Centre to reunite with their families.
Coronavirus: 26 More Pandemic Patients Discharged In Lagos
They include 14 males and 12 females, including 2 foreign nationals – a Polish and a Filipino.
They were discharged after fully recovering and testing negative to coronavirus in two consecutive readings.
These were contained in a statement personally signed by the Incident Commander and Lagos Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu.
