Recall that a recent court order by the Rivers High Court restrained Chief Giadom from parading himself as member of the party’s National Working Committee having willingly resigned from his position to contest for the position of Deputy Governor in the Rivers APC Guber primaries in 2019.
But Giadom in a letter to INEC which was dated June 18 insisted he remains the authentic Acting Chairman of the APC.
Giadom in his letter also told INEC to direct all processes and documents concerning APC elections as well as other correspondences to him.
