Bayern Munich have agreed to sign Leroy Sane from Manchester City for £54.8m in a five-year deal
The Bundesliga champions will pay an initial fee of £44.7m (€49m) for the 24-year-old German winger, Sane with £10m (€11m) in add-ons which takes the deal to £54.8m.
City have also included a 10 percent sell-on clause into the deal if the German club should sell Sane in the future.
Sane is expected to fly to Germany in the next 24 hours to complete a medical.

The deal comes after Manchester City coach, Pep Guardiola recently revealed the club would not seek to sign a replacement for Sane as they have plenty of options who are capable of playing in that position.
He said: “We have enough good players up front. Gabriel (Jesus) can play on the left, Phil Foden can play on the left, we have Raheem (Sterling) there. We have big, talented players upfront.
“Most of them are in good healthy conditions, like Phil, Riyad (Mahrez), Gabriel, Raheem, they can play quite regularly for a long period of time, they are so stable in terms of injury situations. I think we have other priorities maybe.
Coutinho’s Future At Bayern Still In Doubt
“And I don’t know, after the coronavirus, if the situation economically and financially for the clubs is changing. I don’t know what the situation is. We’re going to see at the end of this season about the Sane deal.”
Leroy Sane will depart the Etihad having made 192 appearances for City and scoring 52 goals for the club in all competitions.
