The Nigeria Info, on Thursday disclosed that it is yet to receive the letter from the National Broadcasting Commission on the N5m fine imposed on the station over the comment of the former Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, Obadiah.
Femi Obong-Daniels, the Group Head of Stations, Wazobia/Cool FM/Nigeria Info, further stated that the radio station is waiting for a formal notice without receiving any.

He said, “We have not received any letter. I can confirm that to you. We have been waiting, but it has not come. As of 8 pm that we are talking, we have not received anything and until we get that, we don’t have a conversation with them yet.”
Information gathered revealed that apart from the statement released by NBC, the report had also been posted on the official website of the commission.
