Uche Ogbuagu Accuses Ihedioha Of Awarding Fake Road Contract

The Majority Leader of the Imo State House of Assembly, and House of Assembly member representing Ikeduru Local Government, Hon. Uche Ogbuagu, have taken an indirect swipe at the former Governor of Imo State, Rt Hon Emeka Ihedioha.

Ogbuagu, during an APC rally recently, alleged that the past administration claimed they paid Zeerock 80% for a road along Concorde Hotel area, but immediately the Government was sacked by the court, Zeerock left the place, which he claimed confirmed that no money was paid.

He went on to promise that Gov Hope Uzodinma will do better than the Ihedioha administration, claiming that Julius Berger would give better roads to the people.

Uche Ogbuagu who was a close ally to the former governor, Rt Hon Emeka Ihedioha, but they seemed to had a fallout after Ogbuagu was denied the Deputy Speaker position, a denial he seemed to accuse Ihedioha of masterminding.

He decamped from the PDP, to join Uzodinma in APC after the Supreme Court removed Ihedioha. His defection was blessed with the Majority Leader position.

However, with the RAP suit threatening Hope Uzodinma’s political future, what would become of Uche Ogbuagu if Hope Uzodinma is sacked and Ihedioha returned to Government House.
