The100 Achievers team has congratulated four illustrious sons of Anambra State who marked their birthdays recently extolling their virtues of diligence, excellence and resourcefulness.

The group lauded the celebrants for their contributions towards the economic growth of the country despite the huge challenges investors face in the Nigeria’s harsh business environment; saying that while the country totters on the face of brinksmanship at 60, these celebrants it share the same date of birth with have through personal effort move forward in their ventures urging our leaders to learn from and apply those principles which brought about the successes recorded by these four great Nigerians.

In a release by Barr Lizzy Anyaonu, the group described Chief Innocent Chukwuma as an African giant who has through his resourcefulness and innovativeness etched his name in gold by putting Anambra on the global map.

According to the group, Dr. Innocent Chukwuma is a Nigerian entrepreneur who had a very humble beginning, climbed every ladder of success and was able to excel by sheer dint of hard work and the power of his imaginations and most importantly, integrity in business.

“As the man behind Africa’s first indigenous motor brand, Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing has grown into a force in the auto manufacturing sector in Africa and will soon take its pride of place in the auto industry in the world.

His story is inspiring and a lesson to every young African. This shows that with determination, anybody irrespective of his background can achieve their set goals even when they appear impossible”.

The group further opined that as a matter of what is right ,the federal government should without delay honour Chief Innocent Chukwuma with the award of Grand Commander of the Niger GCON, so he can be at par with his business contemporaries like Dr. Aliko Dangote and Dr.Mike Adenuga.

Similarly, while congratulating Dr. ABC Orjiakor, Co-Founder & Chairman, Seplat Petroleum Development Company PLC, a leading Nigerian independent oil and gas company, the group commended the trauma surgeon turned oil magnate for his humility, simplicity and his unalloyed commitment towards building a better Nigeria through entrepreneurship and being one of those shining examples in the country who have succeeded in business by treading the path of perseverance and patience to build one of Africa’s largest oil companies.

Continuing, the team felicitated with Chief Euriel Chukwudum, the Chairman of Denis Hotels Abuja, a leading light in the hospitality business and real estate development in the country, acknowledging the roles he has played in bolstering the economy through providing employment opportunities to many Nigerians irrespective of where they come from while inspiring and mentoring many youngsters to greatness.

“You have shown that with resilience, we can always turn our weaknesses to strength and convert our risks and challenges to opportunities”. The group said.
The group also hailed Chief Mike Umeh, the former NFF vice president on his birthday describing him as a time tested sports administrator whose brief stint as the acting NFF president changed the course of event in that apex football body in the country.
“Chief Mike Umeh has played and continues to exert an important and invaluable role in Nigerian sports activities especially in football games competition. Since the days of Rangers International Football Club, he has supported players with his resources, so it will be a great omission when the history of Nigerian sports is written without outlining boldly the roles he played for the upliftment of football in the country.

The team prayed that the almighty God will grant the celebrants good health and longer life to continue to serve this country and humanity.
