Truth, indeed is constant and bears no maintenance cost. Truth does not rigmarole. It does not beat about the bush to justify itself. Truth does not insult people or engages in name calling to prove a point.

It is therefore surprising that a piece of advice offered to a man who says he wants to contest Anambra State governorship election in 2021 sent the man and his cohorts to mental senility. They simply went gaga rather than face the truth contained in the advice.

Not minding the Headline which is always at the Editor’s discretion, the entire body of Chief Gabriel Chukwuma’s interview was about what Senator Ifeanyi Ubah should do, to be able to occupy Government House, Awka in 2021.

But rather than dwell on this, Ubah’s media aid whose mother may not have been borne when Chief Chukwuma took the global business community by storm went into name calling, raining abuses and spreading blatant falsehood, because he is uncouth, vulgar and untrained.

You attacked a man and his passion? An extra-ordinary citizen who hit the Zenith of his business career several years before you were born now enjoying quality rest and taking his passion for football to the next level.

Chief Chukwuma, ever before the coming of football betting in Nigeria is a football enthusiast extra-ordinaire. He forecasts matches. He enjoys it and he is good at it. It is not about money, it is about passion – so boy, shut up! If you are in doubt go to NFF and ask questions.

Chief Chukwuma has been there as the first vice president and till today remains the highest stakeholder East of the Niger in Nigeria’s Football.

In your madness, you went further to say that Chief Chukwuma’s BetNaija office swindles Nnewi Youths of their hard earned income. How and where is your evidence? The same Nnewi Youths that make up the workforce are being swindled? – Boy shut up!, before you land yourself in trouble with your freely running mouth.

You shamefully questioned Chief Chukwuma’s contributions to Nnewi and her people, Boy, you are a toddler. Your grandparents will help you out in this regard. Even senator Ubah cannot ask this question.

You very boldly tried to dress down the Chukwumas, who is your father? Where are you coming from or have you equally been afflicted by the Ifeanyi plague? When did he slap you last? Watch your tongue.

However, it is very certain that the whole deliberate insults are diversionary, a cover-up to escape the truth of the matter.

The body of Chief Chukwuma’s interview was about the vast area of land lying along Nnewi-Ozubulu Road. Again, we stand by our story.

For the umpteenth time, Senator Ifeanyi Patrick Ubah has not paid a dime for the stadium and adjoining plots of land he purportedly bought from Chief Chukwuma.

Instead, he travelled out of Jurisdiction all the way to FCT Abuja where he obtained an injunction from FCT High Court APO presided over by Justice Valentine Ashi barring a man from entering his own stadium and other lands. More powers to the Appeal Court, Abuja Division. They made nonsense of the purchased injunction.

Let it be stated very clearly here, as at the time Ubah came into the picture, there was no legal encumbrance anywhere. Whatever Nza-Ozubulu and Chief Chukwuma had in court had already died naturally.

It was Ubah in his desperate bid to acquire Chief Chukwuma’s Stadium and adjoining portions of land without paying a kobo that resurrected and instigated some two, three greedy renegades from Nza-Ozubulu to return to Court against Chief Chukwuma.

He promised them sponsorship hoping that Nza-Ozubulu could win Chief Chukwuma. But they lost. I hereby refer you to the judgement of Anambra State High Court, Ogidi, delivered by Justice Peace N. T. Otti in Suit No: HN/113/1999.

With this self made encumbrance out of the way, what did Ubah do? Nothing. Am sure you don’t know your principal very well. Senator Ubah should be sincere with you. Let him tell you what he paid for. Ubah cannot pay for Chief Chukwuma’s stadium and adjoining lands without getting all relevant documents
. Haba, think about it boy.

According to you, Ubah has paid Chief Chukwuma, and yet Igwe Nnewi asked him to go and pay Gabros.

Dr. Cletus Ibeto asked him to go and pay Chief Chukwuma.

Sir Emeka Offor asked him to go and pay Gabros.

The Chief Kenneth Azia led Committee asked him to go and pay Gabros which he promised to pay two years ago, all to no avail.

His Excellency, Chief Willie Obiano directed him to go and pay Gabros without further delay.

This man, let it be drummed into your ears, what Senator Ubah paid in part was for the football club, Gabros International Football Club. He has not even completed payment till date. Go and ask him.

For the stadium and adjoining portions of land Ubah has paid nothing. And I repeat nothing.

Now let me tell you what your principal did not tell you, Ubah did not tell you that he was all over Governor Willie Obiano pressuring him to sign C of O for him for a stadium and other plots of land belonging to another man. I am tempted to use foul language but I cannot, I am not you. What would you call a man who goes behind seeking the C of O for lands belonging to some other persons. Goodness me.

Ubah’s romance with the Governor and his eventual support for the Governor’s re-election was predicated on this condition of greed and covetousness. Go and ask him. But his game was up when the commissioner of lands told His Excellency that the stadium and adjoining plots of land belongs to Chief Chukwuma.

A visibly shocked governor, a man with conscience, quickly summoned Ubah to Government House. Ubah was asked to go and bring all the documents pertaining to the lands he was seeking C of O for. This was where the bubble burst.

To cut a long story short, the governor asked Ubah to go and pay Gabros. In fact, in the presence of my chairman the Governor promised to give Ubah N100,000,000 to add up and pay Chief Chukwuma. Did he pay it? Instead he began to attack the governor till date.

About what transpired in Igwe’s Palace, boy shut up! You know next to nothing.

At Igwe’s Palace, the Igwe as already said told Ubah to Pay Gabros or return his property back to him. His Cabinet also said so. At this juncture, Ubah walked out on everybody till date.

Boy, stop feeding fat on your jaundiced imagination. Learn to ask questions and never tell anybody that he is not intelligent because you are a moron.

In your biased calculations, Ubah has paid for the portion of land belonging to Umudim. He has also paid about 50 other land owners there. Blatant falsehood.

As you have accepted that Ubah has not paid every land owner there, the question now is, what are you waiting for, seven years after Ubah invaded the land like a warrior king?

Or you are waiting for them to present documents pertaining to their ancestral lands? Shame to you, you are a village colonizer in these dying years of the 21st century, will you come out of it?

Boy, just stroll to Anambra State High Court, Nnewi, ask to see the case files from court-one to three, you will be shocked at the number of land owners in court against Senator Ubah.

How would such multiplicity of Litigations on one subject, against one man, flood the courts and you are here mouthing Ubah has paid. So the very multitude of litigants are mad people? After collecting money they still went to court? Even those you claim to have been paid are also in court.

Ubah has paid? And chief Chukwuma still finds out time to advise him to go and pay as a sure way to get the support of the people in his purported ambition to rule Anambra State?

You talked about documents. Which documents? The ones that were taken to governor’s office for Ubah to pay and collect, he never did, it was returned to the Chambers of Barr. Esoleka Oseigwe, again, for Ubah to pay and carry, for two years who saw Ubah until the documents were returned to Chief Chukwuma. Talking about documents now is an embrassement to even Ubah himself.

Ubah was busy inviting foreign partners including West Ham united to partner him over people’s land. Good! We alerted West Ham in time to avoid regrets and they heeded.

Ubah is seeking university license to enable him establish Ifeanyi Ubah University on other people’s land. Nevertheless, we have equally alerted the National University Commission (NUC). I think they have taken note.

Senator Ifeanyi Ubah is a turn-by-turn plague. But he has destroyed himself by afflicting Chief Chukwuma. In fact, this is a regrettable irony of life. We are talking about this land because Chief Chukwuma has single handedly secured it from the prying eyes of AMCOM.

Chief Chukwuma, a skillful peace negotiator for Ubah, a man with extra-ordinary damage control expertise, expertise he was offering Ubah free of charge in countless instances.

When in one of those his several moments of madness, he slapped Ihiala’s illustrious son, Obijackson, it was this Gabros that waged the tragedy that would have followed.

When sir Emeka Offor took his turn, the same Gabros went on his kneels for sir Offor pleading that he should sheath his sword.

Chief Cosmos Maduka is still bleeding profusely from moral and financial injuries Ubah inflicted on him. But his God is with him.

Chief (Dr) Cletus Ibeto, Omekanaya has also been visited by this Ifeanyi Ubah turn-by-turn plague. Again, the same Gabros kept sleepless nights to achieve peace between the two and he succeeded. Today, Chief Ibeto is Ubah’s ATM.

In the early years of former President Goodluck Jonathan’s government, who took Ubah to Abuja to solve his problems? It was Gabros. Ubah was sobbing like a baby. That singular meeting held at the instance of Chief Chukwuma saved Ubah from long term of imprisonment. Ask Ubah, he knows what he did, he will tell you.

In Gabros group, we are not vulgar, uncouth, untrained and disrespectful. We are cultured. But we want to caution on a very serious note that we will not like to see anything like these again.

Chukwu Ebonyi is in-charge of media & publicity Directorate of the Gabros group Nnewi.
