The 21-year-old forward only joined the club in the summer after making the breakthrough at boyhood club Getafe on-loan with an option to buy.
Duro has already grabbed three goals in four appearances for his youth side, and he could replicate this form against Inter if given the chance by the manager.
Sources claim the Spanish U21 national team star could lead Los Blancos’ attack should Benzema fail the fitness test ahead of the game.
He is currently studying mechanical engineering at Carlos III University in Madrid and he has revealed that he will be having a test on Thursday.
