The former U-23 national team coach was unveiled as the head coach of the Nigeria Professional Football League side in June following the resignation of Cameroonian Emmanuel Deutsch.

The league has been on hold since March after it was initially suspended but was later brought to an abrupt end.

With the NPFL 2020/21 season set to resume December 6, Imama told Sunday PUNCH that he believed it was time to put what he had learnt into practice.
