Media personality, Tomike Adeoye has gifted her mother a car. Adeoye who disclosed that she always dreamt of when she will buy her mother a car, described it as one of the best days of her life. The media personality described her mother as someone who never asks for anything and further stated that she learnt being selfless from her.

 

One of the founders of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and former governor of Imo State, Rochas Okorocha, Monday, said himself and other progressive minded politicians are muting a new political order as a result of the silent agitations and complaints across the country against the current state of the nation.

The Ekiti State government has warned about 1,000 new primary school teachers employed by the government to refrain from certificate and age falsifications, saying whoever is apprehended for such crime would be dismissed.

Chairman of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) Buba Marwa has assumed office, assuring the agency would be overhauled and expanded. Assuming office on Monday, Marwa said his plan to overhaul the agency was in agreement with the recommendations of the presidential advisory committee for the elimination of drug abuse (PACEDA).
