Singer Duncan Mighty has thanked God for his life after being poisoned for almost three years.
The 37-year-old shared a picture of himself from three years ago side-by-side a recent picture on Instagram on Saturday.
He said his wife Vivien Nwakanma and her family poisoned his food and bathing water for two years and 11 months.

“If you people have succeded in killing me you would have told the world I died of hard drugs but MERÇY SAID NO,” he wrote.
Duncan first spoke on the threat to his life from his wife and her family on Instagram on December 3, 2020.
He narrated the story of how Vivien confessed to him saying she and her family had gone to a native doctor to assist them in getting rid of him because of his many properties.
“GOD CAME DOWN FROM HEAVEN FOR A SO UNWORTHY PERSON LIKE ME. NOTE! this confessions has a recorded proofs and other legit and clean evidence,” he wrote.
In another post he shared pictures and phone numbers of Vivien’s mom, older sister and brother.
“I refuse to make this public simply because when it comes to social media the woman must be righteous and will become even more famous cuz no man has ever been right here and i was thinking she was manipulated,” he wrote.

Maria Nwakanma, sister-in-law of Duncan told Punch in an interview published on December 5 that neither she nor her family members were interested in the singer’s property as he claimed.
“This is a family matter because my younger sister is married to him. There are children involved, so there are things I cannot talk about. About his claims on social media, my mother, sister and I only have love for him,” she said.
“I do not live with them and I cannot leave my father’s house to go and inherit another man’s property. I don’t understand why he said those things. He said he is the only child but I know he is not. His mother has other children. He also has children outside wedlock, so where is my stake in his property.”

Duncan married his long-time girlfriend, Vivien Okechuwku, in 2015 at a private ceremony held in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
The couple has three children together.
