The Imo State Commissioner of Police, Nasiru Muhammed, on Friday, visited the Aboh Mbaise Divisional Police Headquarters which was set ablaze on Thursday night by fleeing hoodlums.
On arrival with his team, the CP, who was conducted round the facility to ascertain the extent of damage, said that the police would continue to fight crimes.
He called on stakeholders to partner police in making sure that those who compromise security issues in the state were apprehended.
Muhammed, who visited some of the wounded cops at the hospital, said policemen won’t succumb to intimidation from hoodlums.

Charging the cops to brace up to the security challenges, the police chief ordered a full scale investigation into the attack that got the police divisional headquarters razed with equipment, including files and documents destroyed.
