The Speaker of Abia State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon Chinedum Orji has reacted to the victory of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in the just-concluded Aba North and Aba South federal constituency bye-election. Anaedoonline.ng reports that the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, candidate for the Aba North/South Federal Constituency bye-election, Chimobi Iheanyichukwu Ebisike, won the election.

The All Progressives Congress Chairman in Abia State, Donatus Nwankpa, says the party is still studying the outcome of Saturday’s bye-election in Aba North/Aba South Federal Constituency. Nwankpa, who acknowledged INEC’s credibility during the election. He noted that PDP manipulated the election in some areas.
