US-based Nigerian author and feminist icon, Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie has shared her regret in not choosing to be a U.S citizen when she had the chance in the past. While speaking in a recent chat with popular media personality, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu on on Bounce Radio, she revealed how Nigeria frustrates.

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has arrested former Imo State governor Senator Rochas Okorocha. Mr Okorocha was arrested Tuesday evening at his Unity House private office in Abuja, sources familiar with the matter told Newsmen. This is the second time he’s been arrested in less than two months. The first being February 21 for unsealing a hotel owned by his wife but which was shut by the Imo State Government.

The leader of Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has clarified that the Eastern Security Network was not established to fight against a particular tribe or religion but against every terrorist. Recall that the IPOB’s security outfit had several times been accused of launching attacks on Northerners residing in the Southeast.

The Members of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, have warned youths in the Southeast against joining the newly established security outfit for the region, known as Ebubeagu to spy its own Eastern Security Network, ESN.IPOB gave the warning on Tuesday via a statement issued by its spokesman, Emma Powerful. IPOB, in the statement, condemned the formation of another security network by the Southeastern Governors, stating that the establishment of Ebubeagu was against the already existing ESN.

Former Governor of Abia State and senator representing Abia North, Orji Uzor Kalu has alleged that there is an attempt at sabotaging the Buhari-led administration. In an interview on Channels Television, the senator called on the Federal Government which he claimed is not responding as it should, to collaborate more with governors in tackling security challenges in the country.
