Priest Distributes Free Fuel To Okada Riders In Nnewi

An Anglican Priest based in Nnewi, Ven Arinze Anene has provided free petrol to commercial motorcycle riders in Nnewi.

The free fuel supply was launched at Nenco Filling Station along Nnewi-Onitsha Old Road, with over 300 okada riders as beneficiaries.

The distribution of the free fuel which was sponsored by St. Mark’s Anglican Church, Nnewichi, Nnewi, was used as part of the Evangelism outreach of the church.

As soon as the news spread that free fuel was dispensed in the outlet, the filling station was besieged by Okada riders, the Priest, Ven. Arinze Anene, who is also the Archdeacon of Nnewichi Archedeaconry and Vicar of St. Mark’s Anglican Church, Nnewichi, used the opportunity to preach the message of salvation.

While praying, many of the commercial motorcyclists who gave their lives to Christ and were encouraged to enroll in bible class.

It will be recalled that Ven. Arinze Anene on 29th June 2019, embarked on a similar exercise in Nnewi.
