LATEST: Lagos Traffic Radio Shut Down For Maintenance

The Management of Lagos Traffic Radio 96.1FM has announced a total shutdown of transmission between midnight on Thursday, 29th July, and 16:00 hours of Friday, 30th July 2021.

A statement signed by the Station’s General Manager, Mr. Tayo Akanle, said the shut down of transmission will allow its team of Engineers to carry out routine maintenance on its equipment for improved service delivery.

Akanle affirmed the importance of the Station’s traffic monitoring broadcast to the motoring public in the State, regretting any inconvenience caused by the temporary shutdown.

The General Manager, however, promised continuous improvement in the Station’s services of disseminating effective travel advisory and traffic updates to listeners across the State.
