The legal team of Yoruba Nation agitator, Sunday Igboho, has disclosed that medical reports and some other documents are delaying the bail application of their client. One of the lawyers of the agitator said members of the legal team had resolved to put up a strong bail application that would not be rejected by the court.

The consulate general of Nigeria in New York says it is making arrangements to enroll Nigerians living in the U.S. for NIN as part of the communications and digital economy minister Isa Pantami’s push to have citizens’ private information on a national database.

Nigeria has suffered a big blow in the ongoing Olympic games as ten out of the country’s athletes were suspended. Anaedoonline.ng understands that a total of 18 athletes were on Wednesday declared ineligible by the Athletics Integrity Unit (AIU), an independent body created by World Athletics that manages all integrity issues.

The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) has given the federal government of Nigeria a deadline of August 8, 2021, to release its leader, Nnamdi Kanu, or face the consequences. The group said if the government fails to release Kanu on or before the said date, it will mobilize and lock down the entire southeast region of the country.
