A high Court in Oyo state has barred the Attorney of the Federation, Abubakar Malami and the Department of State Security Services from arresting Yoruba Nation activist, Sunday Adeyemo alias Sunday Igboho.

Anaedoonline.ng learned that on Wednesday, Presiding Judge, Justice Ladiean Akintola, approved an ex-parte motion restraining AGF Malami, and the DSS from harassing, intimidating, arresting and blocking bank accounts belonging to Igboho.

The ex-parte motion was filed by Igboho’s lawyer, Chief Yomi Aliu (SAN). Speaking on the case, Aliyu disclosed that with the order, Igboho’s bank accounts can’t be frozen.
